Step 1.) Open YouTube
Step 2.) Click your Profile on Top corner
Step 3.) Scroll down And select Setting option
Step 4.) Click The option General
Step 5.) And Turn on The First option Remind Me to take a break
Step 6.) Set A Particular Time  you want to get remainder
Step 7.) Click The ok option
Step 8.) And It will Show you a reminder after the particular Time
